They showed a showcase website www.oceanspire-residence.com, renderings, and documents. It was a carefully orchestrated fraud scheme.

In 2022–2023, I met Alena Pak and her son Mikhail. Alena introduced herself as a blockchain game developer and gradually worked her way into my trust. Then, under the pretext of investments — first into one project, then into a second — I transferred a total of $45,000 to her and Mikhail.
Alena went on to fail every obligation she had undertaken in either project. For several years she fed me promises and excuses in the spirit of "tomorrow everything will be done," but the obligations were never fulfilled. By deception, she and Mikhail secretly withdrew all the funds and spent them on their own needs; to conceal this, they forged documents and reports — they sent me fake, Photoshopped screenshots of an allegedly growing balance.
Later, Alena signed a promissory note, undertaking to return the money with interest by a specified date. After that, she completely broke off contact and went into hiding in Bali, moving from country to country.
